Randy Moraitis has been my coach through a difficult divorce and subsequent career change. He has the ability to focus in on the areas I most need help with and then works with me to create a realistic plan to effectively move toward and achieve my goals. Randy Moraitis has been my coach and a friend for the past five or six years. As the director of operations in the organization, I was privileged to work with him and found him to have insight and wisdom needed for the position that I was in. Recently I helped a client with severe depression have a major breakthrough. They had been living a life without hope, joy or purpose. I gave them tools and strategies to overcome their depression and start living a life they had previously never thought possible.
