Introduction: Hello, my name is Stephen, and I am the founder of Advanced Stone & Concrete, where we specialize in the proper care, maintenance and restoration of all kinds of Natural Stone, Concrete & Tile. We work on interior and exterior surfaces. From showers, countertops and floors to decorative concrete staining and sealing, we handle and recommend the proper care and service for your home improvement projects. I started Advanced Stone & Concrete as a way to provide for my family, as a husband and father of three small children, I strive to give my family the most I can in life. My focus was to establish a company that took the time and personal care with each individual customer. My goal is to find and create the perfect solution for my customers' needs and to produce the best service experience, that is of the highest standard. I take tremendous pride in the outcome of each individual project; thus, no small detail is overlooked. Stephen is the RARE find in this kind of business … someone who not only shows up on time, on budget (doesn’t try to change the price after he is there), but does a truly amazing job. I am a perfectionist and even my expectations were far exceeded. He made my bathroom tile and grout (disgustingly filthy after years of being a rental) look like brand spanking new, and that is not an exaggeration! I had a large concrete gap in front of my garage. The expansion joint was deteriorating and water was getting inside and potentially cracking the concrete. I contacted Stephen regarding this project and he knew exactly what to do. He was able to describe the proper steps in cleaning out the joint and how to fill and seal it. I scheduled with Stephen for the project. He arrived on time. Completed the project and it looks so much better. I am extremely happy. Stephen also helped me filled an even larger concrete gap at the front of my house that I was aware of. Very happy and I will definitely reach out again for any concrete, stone, or tile cleaning working.

Stephen was responsive, friendly, detail oriented and he provided high quality work and a fair price. He repaired our cracked granite, replaced all old caulking and he made the granite look brand new in our kitchen. He also suggested dishwashing soaps that would not take the oil out of the granite by the sink. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to all forums of service members, schoolteachers, and veterans. Also, a discount for multiple quotes (e.g., estimate for counter-top & driveway if done together discount will apply). OR Multiple homes on the same street (e.g., you and your neighbor both want driveway services, discount will apply). There are No Hidden Fees, the estimate is the price you will be billed for on your invoice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally schedule 30 minutes - to one hour of your time in order to go over all the details and aspects of the purposed work. I thoroughly enjoy teaching customers, who want to understand the restoration process, staining and polishing, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory trained from various Stone & Concrete products manufactures, Stone Pro, Miracle, Lifeguard, Glaze n Seal, Gst International, Smith Concrete Stain, Pro Line, Westcoat and more.
