- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to all forums of service members, schoolteachers, and veterans. Also, a discount for multiple quotes (e.g., estimate for counter-top & driveway if done together discount will apply). OR Multiple homes on the same street (e.g., you and your neighbor both want driveway services, discount will apply). There are No Hidden Fees, the estimate is the price you will be billed for on your invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally schedule 30 minutes - to one hour of your time in order to go over all the details and aspects of the purposed work. I thoroughly enjoy teaching customers, who want to understand the restoration process, staining and polishing, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Factory trained from various Stone & Concrete products manufactures, Stone Pro, Miracle, Lifeguard, Glaze n Seal, Gst International, Smith Concrete Stain, Pro Line, Westcoat and more.
