- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I have enrolled in three UCLA Extension classes in non-fiction writing (past my UCLA MFA '04 in Screenwriting) iand will attend Squaw Valley Writers Intensive Workshop in Summer 2015; in the past, I met with many published writers, in particular, the great novelist, Robert Stone, who consulted me about dramatic structure (I was in the screenwriting workshop) when he was already considered one of the great writers of his generation. Squaw is a place to go where participants care profoundly about the written word, about the art and craft of writing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother read to me as a child, and I caught the reading bug. Writing is also in my family, even it is just long, long letters.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Rewriting, editing, reassuring.
