Sid does amazing work. He is very attentioned to detail and collaborated well with me whenever there was a discrepancy in my apartment since it was so old. He did my bathroom floors and even though I was happy with both of them, he felt he could have done better on the grout work and offered to re-do it for free. I’ll use him for future projects no doubt, but he was a bit pricey for me. Regardless, you’ll get your money’s worth.

I would highly recommend Artisan Design and Build, the staff was very easy to work with and the result was amazing. He really listened to what my concerns were, (I have a really small bathroom) and how I wanted it to look like and he went out of his way to do the work perfectly. Im so happy with my new bathroom. He can also custom make something for you ! He made a bathroom cabinet for me. The cabinet has good storage space without taking to much room, which was my mane concern. THANK YOU ARTISAN!

Hired Sidney of Artisan Design and Build to build a residential bar in our family room. He completed a project for us nobody else would do our way. So I must say he exceeded all my expectations and dreams of having a bar in our home. If you want work done residential or commercial I would highly recommend hiring him. He was respectful and finished the project in a timely manner. Listened to all of my questions, and always had answers for all of them. Sidney was flexible enough to come on the day of my request for a quote, which was a Saturday. We got the quote within 24 hours and by a landslide, it was the best one and he worked with us to get it within budget. There was a period in time where I had a hard time contacting him on a question I had but I will chalk it up to him being busy. I do appreciate what he has done and it looks great. Our garage finally is coming together. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use industry standard computer software to determine our cost breakdown. This keeps the our bids competitive and honest. We might not always be the cheapest but our prices are honest.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to communicate with the customer to get a complete understanding of the project, their vision, and expectations. Really listen to what the client wants so my team can produce.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied two years of Industrial design and CAD at Art Center College of Design.
