FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe coaching should provide measurable value—not just motivation. Every client's goals and circumstances are different, so I offer services based on individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. A complimentary Discovery Call allows us to determine whether we're a good fit before making any commitment. There are no hidden fees, and you'll always know exactly what to expect before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every coaching relationship begins with a complimentary Discovery Call where we discuss your goals, challenges, and what you've already tried. If we're a good fit, we'll identify the emotional and behavioral patterns that may be keeping you stuck and establish clear objectives for our work together. From there, each session is practical, personalized, and focused on helping you develop the skills to recognize emotional patterns, regulate your responses, strengthen communication, and create lasting change. My goal is not simply to help you feel better during a session, but to help you respond differently in the moments that matter most.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My work combines formal coach training with extensive study in emotional intelligence, coaching psychology, human behavior, communication, and nervous system regulation. Over the years, I've continued to expand my education through advanced coaching programs and independent research while developing my own practical framework, the M.A.S.T.E.R. Method™, to help clients move from emotional reaction to intentional response. I believe effective coaching requires more than knowledge—it requires the ability to translate research into practical skills clients can apply in everyday life.
