Dynamic Patio Covers (Alex), provided an Excellent Service and Product. Background: We were looking to get more usage for our backyard space (faces north). In addition, our flow or access to the backyard was off to the side of the house. We were working with other trades for concrete & electrical. Dynamic was able to coordinate effectively and provided great options during project scoping; and made recommendations during the process to help understand what is/is-not feasible; in addition provided typical design considerations. Dynamic provided an insulated patio cover 16’x24’ with (8) LEDs, installed (2) ceiling fans, and (2) heaters; for a “year-round” outdoor space. The long span patio cover was tied to the roof using special brackets and four posts. In addition, installed a rain gutter. Electrical controls and the convenience electrical outlet were nicely integrated into the posts. Electrical was fitted with weatherproof covers (Light switch included a dimmer slider). The location of electrical fixtures was suggested and installed by Alex; and provided a proportional and symmetrical layout. Really happy with the results and worked with an experienced team. Alex provided open and honest communication. Highly Recommended.
