I offer fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Free on-site estimates are always available. I also provide a 10% discount for seniors, teachers, and military members as a thank-you for their service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss the issue with the customer, schedule a free on-site estimate, and provide upfront pricing. Once approved, I complete the work efficiently and make sure the customer is satisfied before finishing the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on plumbing experience, including five years working for a large plumbing company, where I received extensive on-the-job training in residential and commercial plumbing. My experience includes sewer, water, gas lines, water heaters, and general plumbing installations and repairs.
