What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have a window cleaning or solar cleaning maintenance package to fit everyones needs. residential window cleaning we have yearly. twice yearly, quarterly, alt monthly, monthly prices do differ. but if you go on service with us screen cleaning and track cleaning is included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to educate customers and inform them of any issues that they might not see, as when we go up to a roof before we step onto the roof we take video of the roof and where we will be working. we also walk around the roof taking video as well as before and after photos for their records.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
for the past 15 years I was a pest control technician. i was very good at my job hard working and always willing to help out. I love working with my hands and doing the best job possible. I guess I kinda got burnt out and wanted something new something that I can build and pass down to my son. when we bought our first house we had solar installed right away and I thought I'm going to need some stuff to keep these clean so I found a couple places I could buy good professional equipment at and bought some. than after a while I thought why don't I do this for a living and that's how it all started.
