Yes, I factor in cost of the materials needed and my time that it takes to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to their concerns and/or requests. I then will see what the job entails. Then I figure out the best way to complete the job while saving time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a hands on plumber for over 30 years. Experience is everything!
