- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I initially offer a lower price only to win the lead over my competitors. But even in that case, the client often tries to devalue my work. We pay a lot of money to the platform, and I also pay for gas and taxes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every day I come to a new home. The most important thing for me is that the client and I clearly understand each other and that I complete the job exactly the way the client wants. My future career depends on that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As I mentioned above, I graduated from a technical college and have 21 years of experience in construction.
