Amanda is amazing! My wife and I went to her to choreograph and teach us a custom first dance. The result was amazing and we felt very confident in our dance in about 5 sessions. We plan on going back to learn more styles in the future!

my husband and i had our wedding about two months ago and worked with amanda for our first dance, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. we absolutely loved taking lessons with her, and people still compliment our dance to this day. we were complete beginners with no dance experience, but amanda made us feel so comfortable from the start. she choreographed our chosen song while also asking for our input, making sure the dance felt natural and true to us as a couple. she is patient, encouraging, kind, and so easy to work with. our first dance ended up being such a special part of our wedding, and we’re so grateful for her. highly, highly recommend! thank you amanda <3

I cannot recommend Amanda enough! If you have ever felt nervous about stepping onto a dance floor, Amanda is the teacher for you. She possesses infinite patience; no matter how many times I stumble or need a step explained, she is right there with a smile, ready to help me get it right without ever making me feel silly. ​Her positive attitude is truly infectious. Even on my tired days, I leave her class feeling energized and happy. Beyond her amazing teaching style, she is incredibly creative. Amanda is an amazing dance instructor. I have been working with her for a few months, and I cannot believe how much I have learned. Ballroom dancing is way outside of my comfort zone. I am more of the martial arts, hiking, snow skiing type, but I have admired the skill & elegance of ballroom dancing for years. I particularly enjoyed some of the Tango dancing that I would see in action movies occasionally. Finally, a friend of mine suggested that I take the big step and start lessons. Amanda has been great at translating the required dance movements into terms that I understand from decades of martial arts. There are a lot of similarities in movement and balance, but the emphasis & timing are dramatically different. Amanda has a great depth of knowledge and experience in ballroom dancing and the gift of being able to transfer that knowledge to her students. I highly recommend Amanda as a ballroom dance instructor.
