Steve and his team are abosultely fabulous, so very friendly and down to earth!!!
We left our 4 year Old English Bulldog, Boris, with him for a 14-21 day boot camp to help with aggression and obedience. While Boris was learning at boot camp, Steve had my husband and I learning as well though one of his beginner training DVD. After practicing with the DVD and several calls with Steve (he was always available for questions whenever they came up), our whole perspective on pet ownership and responsibility shifted for the betterment of our entire family! Every family member has a role and a job, Boris included!!!
Boris was ready to come home at 14 days because he responded so well to the training. When we arrived to get him, my husband and I did a nice hour long training session with Steve and two of his wonderful trainers. We feel very confident with the skills and tools SW K9 has given us to continue Boris' success! It's also extremely nice that they call and check up on him/us even after the job is finished. Our relationship with Steve and his trainers will definitely continue beyond this one job!

Steve Welch of K9 Dog Training came to visit us and spent a great deal of time detailing his program and how it works. Steve and his associate, Wendy, were friendly, kind and considerate. As a result we let Babe, are Boston Terrier, and deeply loved little girl go with them to Training. We know she is happy and safe and in caring hands. I feel certain she'll return with some good lessons learned.

Steve and his staff are amazing. I talked to many trainers when I was shopping around for one for my lab puppy. His knowledge and expertise stood out far and above any competitors on the phone. In person he was very knowledgable and answered every question I had. My puppy stayed with him for 3 weeks and came back a different dog. Was so impressed with the changes they made to my dog. He sent me pictures and emails updating me on how her training was going. Since I've gotten her back he has continued to talk to me on the phone and in person to fix any little issues I have with the dog. One thing I learned is the owners have to be trained just as much as the dog. Above all Steve and his staff are amazing and I will be sending my dogs and referrals to him for a lifetime!!! 👍

After moving my dog, Kiki (a Siberian Husky), was having really bad co dependency issues once we separated her with my other dog. She would scream and cry every time she was left alone or was even with someone; she was absolutely unbearable. My only options were to somehow make her stop crying or give her up. I made the call the Steve and immediately I felt like there was hope. The very next day I took Kiki to the facility. They(Steve and his whole team) made me feel really comfortable and reassured me that she was in excellent hands. I picked Kiki up about 2 1/2 weeks later (which is longer than most dog, since she had extreme anxiety issues) and her crying was gone. On top of that, she knows her basic commands, which is so exciting. Steve and his team are so great, I never hesitate call if I have any questions. If any of the problems are not resolved with the dog, they are so quick to go to you to fix it, which gives me peace of mind.
I highly recommend Steve to anyone with dog(s) with any behavioral problems and/or just any kind of obedience needs.

Wouldn't take my two English Bulldogs anywhere else ever! Steve knows and cares for animals of all kinds. It's one thing to train animals but to see a person care for them as you would it's another.
