- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free (no-cost) services, low-cost services, and more expensive services. The price depends on the service and the complexity of delivering it. Professional counseling services which require complete individual attention are more expensive than group classes, for example. All donations made for services are 100% tax deductible, since the donation is being made to a non-profit organization.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, all of our professionals are in continual training to stay current on their skills and to establish even higher levels of professionalism and competence.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a pre-med student, but I decided that handling the mind, the spirit, and life would be a more effective way of helping people, that focusing on the body. The work intrigued me, so I decided to take it up as a career.
