- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do basic weight loss training, muscle toning/sculpting, cardio conditioning, plyometric training, speed work/agility, sport specific training (basketball, soccer, track/sprints, swimming), geriatric training, rehabilitation (post operation shoulder/hip/knee injury, etc), flexibility and yoga, balance and core, coordination/propioception, olympic lifting, boxing, fitness assessments (body fat, measurements, weigh-in, and strength test), and nutritional counseling! Clients are required to write down everything they eat/drink so I can properly evaluate their current diet and teach them how to improve their nutrition to reach their goals!!
