I have been training with Katie for over 6 years, and she has helped me get into the best shape I've ever been in!!! Not only does she provide killer training sessions, but she also gives excellent dieting advice that completes your exercise regime! Her specialties include abs, cardio, and weightlifting, but she is also well-versed in yoga, boxing, and other forms of fitness. Her studies in Kineseology as well as her years of leading an active lifestyle have given her an amazing knowledge of the human body, and she knows exactly what modifications to make if a certain muscle group is hurting/injured, to ensure that you don't place further strain on that area. Finally, Katie's rates are very affordable, and her schedule is extremely flexible! I've never had any problems fitting my training sessions with her in my schedule, even when I've requested some early morning training sessions! And whatever time of day you schedule with her, she is going to be as cheery as ever! If you want a personal trainer that knows her stuff and can work around your busy schedule, I highly recommend Katie Wilcox!!! She's got me on a great work out routine and diet, and without her, I could never have gotten in the shape that I'm in now! She's the best there is!!! :)

I love her work out sessions you could feel the work out and you could see fast results. She is well organized and gives you a meal plan towards your goal. I highly recommend her and she is very reasonable on her prices. she also has a great personality....

Training with Katie I feel I truly get the "best bang for my buck" because she uses exercises which work several muscle groups at once. This is much more effective than working only arms or only legs. It also helps prevent one area of the body from getting overworked and sore. She is also very careful not to agitate my back injury. I am not an athletic person so I need great instruction & motivation. I have had other trainers but I didn't burn anything close to the amount of calories I burn working out with Katie. Amazingly, Katie has encouraged and motivated me to work out at home! When you see results & feel good about yourself you want to put in the extra effort. Katie is very knowledge and thorough. She provides great advice & tips which my previous trainers did not. She discusses nutrition & ways to curb cravings. She provides a daily nutritional menu, has fitness videos with recipes & health tips; none of which I received from previous trainers. Simply stated Katie is a great trainer! She loves her job and it shows. She has a great attitude and her vast knowledge help ensure measurable results.

Katie is the best trainer I could've asked for! I've been working out with her for over a year now and have lost over 20 pounds and 15% of body fat! My husband has been working with her also! We couldn't be happier! I feel so lucky to have found her!

My experience with Katie has been awesome. She is a wonderful trainer and doesn't make you do more than what you can handle. She is very patient, her work outs are never boring and she's fun to work out with. Katie has been my trainer for 5 mos. now. I noticed results within the first couple of weeks. Katie also has me on a nutrition diet which she monitors weekly. I recommend Katie very highly.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I do basic weight loss training, muscle toning/sculpting, cardio conditioning, plyometric training, speed work/agility, sport specific training (basketball, soccer, track/sprints, swimming), geriatric training, rehabilitation (post operation shoulder/hip/knee injury, etc), flexibility and yoga, balance and core, coordination/propioception, olympic lifting, boxing, fitness assessments (body fat, measurements, weigh-in, and strength test), and nutritional counseling! Clients are required to write down everything they eat/drink so I can properly evaluate their current diet and teach them how to improve their nutrition to reach their goals!!

    If you are ready to commit to changing your lifestyle and achieving the body of your dreams, don't you dare waste your money on overpriced amateur training at large chain gyms!!..Save some money on quality private training that will get you the results you're looking for!!
