Hi, my name is Rocío. Yoga has been my passion and way of life for over 10 years. I’m a 400-hour certified Prana Vinyasa teacher with training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Kundalini. For the past 4 years, I’ve guided students through yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation. As a holistic healer, I specialize in yoga therapy, energy healing, and sound therapy. My intention is to support you in releasing energetic blockages, reconnecting with your body, and stepping into a more joyful and balanced life. I create a safe, welcoming space where you can explore movement, stillness, and healing at your own pace.
