FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I sell my privates sessions in packages. I will not quote a behavioral modification for a board and train unless I’ve done an in person assessment. If you travel to my home or home town for sessions, then there is not travel fee. But there will be a travel fee of $1/mile for any session. Once you have trained with me, you will have access to alumni benefits including day care/trips, boarding and group classes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will hop on a call, we will chat for about 20-30 minutes. This allows me to get to know the situation with the dog, if we need to, we will schedule an in person assessment, then from there I custom write each training plan for each dog.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed Michael Ellis courses on dog training, as well as continued learning through Denise Fenzi Dog Spirt Academy. I am constantly attending seminars and I am always looking to learn more. I compete in competition dog sports with my personal dogs and have a passion for learning and teaching the deeper reason for behavior.
