Charlie did a fair amount of work for us a while back that no one either wanted to do or was able to do. He did it correctly, on time, within budget and a fair price, and we were VERY happy with the final products. Charlie is extremely punctual, will answer your texts (very important) and will work with you on costs. No job too small! Charlie is one of the best as far as I'm concerned. Ask him about your project and he can probably do it.

Our 1932/1999 kitchen was completed remolded from floor to ceiling by Whitney Construction and the year before they replaced most of the floors in our house and a new fireplace. Their work ethic and their attention to detail is top notch. They will be back in our house for our next project.

I found Whitney Const. on "thumbtack". I needed a wood floor installer for two bedrooms and got about 4 responses. I picked Whitney Const. because it was closest to my cost estimate (I already had most of my house done). I hired him on 9/30. He pulled the old rugs out preped the bedrooms. He installed 3/4" X 5" Brazillan Cherry in 2 120sq ft rooms. He also installed matching molding around the floor. He was finished on 10/3 by noon. The rooms are gorgeous and now match the rest of my home.

I like to share some of my work with them. I will give them a list of referrals which they can call or set up a time to view some of my work.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was in the business. He taught me everything I know. He was and is a great man and the best father a man could have. Love you Dad.

We have had the opportunity to transform many homes here in San Diego. We have many full home renovations under out belt. But we have also enjoyed building and repairing decks, roofs, drywall and painting,tile work, installing windows and doors and even doing electrical and plumbing repairs.
