Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have an academic interest in physical activity and have tailored my education as such. I know for many others that it is difficult to wade through the excessive "bro-science" and false information out there, so I can help bridge these gaps of knowledge and implement my expertise into your training. I love working one-on-one with a client to get a better understanding of their purpose and/or motivation for starting an exercise regimen. I enjoy seeing progress and helping clients understand the importance of living a fitter lifestyle and how it translates into all the other aspects of our well-being. More importantly, I value hard-work, determination, and drive from all my clients.

Marlon has done a great job helping me recover from an injury. He is able to quickly adjust the workout if I can't do it but still find ways to help push me forward.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a member of American College of Sports Medicine, one of the top governing academic agencies in the industry, and also a heavy research nerd on many topics of physical fitness (in particular strength and conditioning). I read a lot from top experts in the field, attend conferences and exhibitions to stay up-to-date on new developments and ideas.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My fitness journey started early in my undergrad, where a few medical scares prompted me to reevaluate my health and well-being. I was obese, very unhealthy, but driven to make a change for the better. Over a decade and a half later, I've been consistently dedicated to living fit and healthy, and want to help others become physically fit as well.
