- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, do not have any "standard" pricing, because every request is different. I try to keep an estimate equal to or better then the competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process starts with the initial inquiry response. I am then contacted back by the client.. Depending on the job,I will either go out to their location to give an on-site estimate, which is always free or simply agree on a price over the phone based on the information provided.
