Fatima with Neat Organizing truly is 5 stars! She is professional, personable, respectful, and did an excellent job within the timeframe she stated she would have completed cleaning my home. Upon reaching out to her, she promptly replied and was flexible with her schedule to accomodate mine. She arrived a few minutes early and after a quick conversation to properly introduce ourselves, got right to work. Without hesitation I will hire Fatima again and highly recommend her. Thank you Fatima!

It was an absolute pleasure having Fatima help out around the apartment. She was always on time and made our apartment delightful. Not only is she great at cleaning but her organization skills are the best I’ve ever had. She made our space look and feel so much better after every time with her. Unfortunately I had to move cities, but it I stayed, I’d have her indefinitely! You won’t regret working with Fatima! She is so kind and lovely :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery call,
2. In-home consultation, get to meet the client in person and see the space in real-time, take pictures, and measurements, and talk about the project in detail, supplies needed, budget
3. Send action plan and agreement for client to review and sign if everything looks good and we are both comfortable
4. Schedule work session
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to my natural ability to organize, i have a certificate from IAP Career College, i also educate myself by reading books from other professional organizers who have been in the industry for years. I attend workshops and webinars as well.
