- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on hourly rates of $65 pr hr for labor plus material costs. I also use industry costs per task to determine lower costs for customers. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to engage my customers and keep them informed in regards to processes I take to complete the tasks at hand, and to show them how everything works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 yrs of experience in my field of work, I have also gone to school, and I hold a SCTE certification, as well as FOA certifications, both in testing, installing, and diagnosis.
