Very positive about Roto-Rooter’s response, a visit by Marcos was organised same day to fix a faulty water inlet valve on a water heater that was broken. Marcos was friendly and very professional, diagnosing the issue and switching out the valve in good time. The cost of the repair seemed very high but in the emergency we had no choice. No issue with Marcos but Roto-Rooter’s charge was very high.

Mario was like a Prince in the Sleeping Beauty. My water heater was dead ( no hot water) . Mario came and brought it back to life (like magic). Within an hour I had hot water again. So polite and he knows what he is doing. 5 Star Service 🌟
