Excellent communication via text, email and phone. Quick response, diagnosis and repair of a serious main line clog. Repair was fairly complicated and required interaction with city and county utlities, removal of driveway concrete, a ton of digging and pouring a new concrete pad. Chad and his team were courteous, careful and all around awesome. Can't recommend them highly enough.

A+ as far as plumbers go, went through 3 plumbers before I found him to get some upgrades done in my new house. If you got a complex or strange project Chads your guy.

We are so happy with two recent great experiences with Chad Micheal Pro Plumber service. We are totally satisfied with the replacement of our old worn out kitchen faucet assembly last month, and yesterday to replace the gas water heater.
