Gourmet Paper Plates did a great job for my party. I got many compliments about the food and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

We are so highly appreciative of Peggy and her team. They provided excellent service for my sister’s Quinceanera. Due to COVID, we were indecisive of hosting an event, so our planning was last minute. With about a week out, Peggy and her team stepped up. Her team even arrived early offering to assist w setting up. They were professional, kind, and very patient with our guests arriving past our dinner time frame. Thank you guys so much!

Peggy and her team had the best small bite set up for our grad party! There were crowds around the tasting tables all night and she made plenty of food to keep the people happy for a very reasonable price. Working with Peggy made my life so much easier and I’m very grateful to have connected with her. Thank you so much again!

Unfortunately, I didn’t take enough pictures- probably because we were too busy enjoying the delicious meal. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with Peggy and her team. The brisket was the best I’ve ever had. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how tasty the meal was and how beautifully it was displayed. The value was tremendous as Peggy and her team were very generous with portion sizes. We fed our guests well and still had scrumptious leftovers for our family the next day. Prior to the event Peggy was communicative and responded to my messages with thorough and prompt responses. The team showed up on time, well prepared, and set up quickly. I can’t wait to have Gourmet Paper Plates back to cater our next event.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep our prices reasonable, there may be room to negotiate. We have a minimum of 20 people in order to cater an event. We do offer referrals bonuses and discounts to repeat customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with the customer to make sure we understand their preferences and budget. We are willing to create a menu specific to their individual requests and unique tastes
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chefs have been classically trained and have worked with some of the top chefs in the business at the 2019 Chef Classic held at the Los Angeles convention center. Our chefs hold a Manager's level Serve Safe Certification and they keep their skills current by volunteering to prepare food for local charities.
