- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to keep our prices reasonable, there may be room to negotiate. We have a minimum of 20 people in order to cater an event. We do offer referrals bonuses and discounts to repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with the customer to make sure we understand their preferences and budget. We are willing to create a menu specific to their individual requests and unique tastes
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chefs have been classically trained and have worked with some of the top chefs in the business at the 2019 Chef Classic held at the Los Angeles convention center. Our chefs hold a Manager's level Serve Safe Certification and they keep their skills current by volunteering to prepare food for local charities.
