The communication from the professionals at RPAR was excellent start to finish. Rachel called to confirm the appointment the day before and then called once it was complete to confirm our satisfaction with the service. We couldn't be more pleased! Steve arrived on time and immediately got started determining the source of the foul odor in our home. He quickly narrowed the possible causes. Once he identified the cause was the P-Trap that was improperly installed by a previous plumber. Throughout the process Steve communicated fully with us, even taking pictures to show us the problem and the repair. And, we felt the cost of the repair was very reasonable and our house is now smells perfectly pleasant! Thank you Steve, Rachel and Richard.

Richard is THE man. You can tell he really has a passion for his craft. He’s always willing to talk you through the issue and help you understand what’s going on, which is great if you don’t have in-depth knowledge of plumbing. He works extremely hard and you always have the feeling he’s trying to his best for you. We had damaged cast iron piping, and Richard quickly installed beautiful, new copper piping that went all the way from our house to the main. He’s fair with his pricing and wears a smile while working hard. Appreciate you Richard!
