We chose Mr. Maintenance for our sewer service after experiencing multiple blockages caused by roots in the line. They came out promptly and performed a camera inspection to diagnose the problem. The team clearly explained the issue and provided several repair options, helping us choose what worked best for our situation. They replaced approximately 15 feet of clay pipe with ABS, and we are very happy with the service. We would definitely recommend Mr. Maintenance to others, and they will be our plumbers moving forward.

Great experience, Ismael is a problem solver! I hired Mr. maintenance for multiple projects in my house, including painting, dryer wall, repair, exterior painting, electrical, light installation, wiring, and furniture assembly. I am very pleased with his work and his efficiency, they were able to complete everything well and on time. I recommend them to anyone.

Responsive & respectful. Work was done according to our agreement. That may sound too short, but when it comes to home projects, the less complicated the better. Ismael assessed the project before the bid, explained the work necessary and provided a timeline. He updated me constantly, showed up on time and got to business. He didn’t tell me we had problems (cause we didn’t), but I suspect he anticipated any issues that may have happened so he wouldn’t need to come back to worry me about problems. That in and of itself earns brownie points. He and Antonio kept the work area in order, cleaned up and completed the work in less time than they proposed. There’s something to be said about consistent quality versus a quick buck. So, if you’re someone that will need to pace your home improvements… you found your go-to.

The experience was fantastic. He replaced a bottom door seal for us to keep the draft and bugs out of the house. Did a great job and after he left we wanted a little adjustment, he came right back the same day and made us happy! Perfect experience.
