Derrick responded to my request within minutes! He was courteous and professional on the call. He was willing to take on an unusual job, as I needed to empty a storage unit for a relative, but I lived 2 hours away from the unit. Derrick told me he could do the job the following day, and he quoted me a very fair price. The following morning, he called me when he arrived. He got the job done quickly and efficiently, and he sent me pictures to show that he completed the work, since I wasn’t there. I was so pleased with the entire experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Derrick and UCALL We Haul!
