We were in need of a second opinion for our pool pump productivity as well as cleaning. We contacted Omar for a quote and he was fast at responding. Once speaking with him and meeting with him we could tell he knew what he was talking about walked is through our pump issue and assured us he could take care of for cheaper than previously quoted. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, professional, reliable, affordable pool repair service, look no further! Relax Pool Service is a rare find and sets the standard as a leader in the Pool Repair and Maintenance Service business. Prior to finding Relax Pool Service, with an non-working Barracuda due to a leaky gate valve, our 18,000 gallon in-ground pool was on the verge of an algae bloom after 5 previous pool repair companies from recommended sources and 2 plumbers were unable to fix it. The first pool repair company we contacted had suggested a $2,000 valve replacement and recommended 2 pool companies in our area, both of whom were unavailable. A 4th pool contractor we contacted from a recommendation on Nextdoor was unable to troubleshoot the cause, and then went dark. A 5th pool repair service recommended on Nextdoor said he did not do that sort of work. After 2 plumbers came out and were unable to repair it, and 4 other pool repair companies we contacted either responded that they did not do that type of work, were unavailable, or were out of the service area, with a week to go prior to a scheduled 2 week out of state trip, we were beginning to lose hope - until we found Relax Pool Service. Though out of his usual service area, Omar agreed to try and help. He was very professional. He showed up on time as agreed, immediately identified and fixed the problem using the most affordable solution possible rather than trying to upsell unnecessary products and services, and even came back to troubleshoot an unrelated issue with our pool filter 2 weeks later. Now, thanks to Relax Pool Service, our pool is operating and looking better than it ever has.
