The Reef Playground, Serge and team, have serviced the water features monthly at my home for the past year - professional, friendly, detailed, the list goes on. I highly recommend The Reef Playground!
I've been using James at the Sea Store for over a year now. Overall James is very professional, honest and extremely customer friendly. He totally gets that to run a business you need to put the customer first. I inherited my 100 gallon salt water tank when I bought my house. I didn't know anything about it. James took the time to explain things to me. He also taught me how to do things on my own, I really appreciated that. James has come to my aid at the wee hours of the night to fix emergencies, uses top quality materials and always puts my needs first! He doesn't stop until you are totally satisfied. He also has access to fish and coral at cheaper rates than other retailers. I 100% endorse James and the Sea Store.
Scott swan has done an incredible job at my home. He repaired a water damaged wall in my family room He drywalled the wall, textured the wall to match the rest of the room, and painted. Scott is also painting the outside of my home. Scott has worked with more precision, sanding, sealing, primer before painting, than anyone i have ever hired in the past. I highly recommend Scott Swan. He is honest, trustworthy, and shows up.
David and his co-worker did an excellent job repairing our lawn and replacing dead plants on our slope. He showed me why the plants on the hill were dying under our new water drip system. He even took the time to show me how to program our water controller to ensure it disperses at the correct time and day. I highly recommend using his landscaping services and I look forward to working with him in the future.
If you want a very honest guy that does an incredible job than Ned is that person. I have never had anyone take care of my pond like he does. The water is always perfect. I am so grateful I found Simi Koi and will recommend him to anyone and know they will also love the job he does. He is the best.
Michael Bernier is a professional!!!! They've installed our Grey Water system to our satisfaction. The second stage soft/hard landscape will begin Wednesday. We are extremely happy to have partnered with the Bernier Design Group.
Reid put in a beautiful garden in our backyard, as per my wifes input on assorted flowers. Also, he added a beautiful concrete patio and water feature that fell into our budget for the project.
Antonio Padilla gave us a fair estimate that was affordable. He showed up on time. He was very polite, articulate & professional. He was knowledgeable and fixed all the leaky valves & connected the sprinklers to the timer. He made suggestions on how to improve our water usage & landscape our yard. We were very pleased & look forward to working with him in the future.
When I called Raul, I was losing my trees because the watering system I had was outdated and needed to be corrected with a new drip system and sprinkler repairs. Raul charged me for time and materials and used what he could of what I had so I didn't have to start from scratch. By utilizing what was existing and upgrading with new effective drips and connecting all of the systems to an automated program my trees and flowers are now looking great. Raul was pleasant to work with and I am happy to recommend him.
Andrew is very knowledgeable about water features!
After interviewing 3 different landscape designers, we chose Liz Duer at Red Berm Design, for the re-design of our front and backyard. Our project was quite extensive and included the removal of over 5,000 square feet of grass & plants in the front and backyard, removal of a concrete patio and installation of a new flagstone patio on a very limited budget. With the exception of Liz, all designs were so suburban and commonplace. Liz was wonderful to work with - she asked us about our taste, lifestyle, tolerance for plant maintenance and also was directive regarding what she felt would be the best decisions. Liz was skilled at formulating concepts based on our preferences, drew up a plan that incorporated softscapes and hardscapes with the results being stunning! Liz transformed our largely unused, grassy backyard into a water-wise wonderland with distinct areas for socializing, dinning, and spaces for the kids to play. We use our back yard so much more now that we've had Liz design the space. We worried that removing the lawn in our yard would make the yard look harsh and less inviting, but in reality our new dining area, winding hardscape paths, interesting plantings, just beckon you to come outside and explore. Like any project there were a few bumps along the way, but Liz offered several interesting, and creative, proposals for my consideration, while still emphasizing the practical aspects, such as plant maintenance (high vs. low), water conservation, and weather conditions. Liz was always available to us to answer any questions. Any concerns we had during the process Liz and the team at Compass Landscaping resolved right away. We love the space that Liz created. I cannot say enough about the work-artistry she does, her plant knowledge and her ability to work within a tight budget. To top it off she is very lovely to deal with and is reliable. We have no hesitation recommending her.
After being approved for our turf removal rebate to redo our back yard, I needed to find a knowledgeable landscape designer. I first spoke with a woman, who couldn't give me the time of day. Then we found Motti Buskila. He came over within days, suggested exactly what we wanted, designed and installed a beautiful yard within our time frame. The completed job took only 3-4 days, including prep and installation of the planted areas, drip water system, bark, stones, DG, brick and they even trimmed my ivy wall. Aside from doing fabulous work, on time, as promised, Motti will walk you thru it and talk to you. Not like the woman I first called.
Elmer was great, he got me the help I needed even though he couldn't fix the problem, he will continue to maintain my pond.
Excellent job my pool water looks the best it has in a long time
Jorge is just a really great guy. Down to earth, and really listened to our needs and was able to get the ball rolling on a few major projects in our new home. His attention to detail and quality of work is apparent in everything he does, big or small. He demoed our Saltillo tile floor when others wouldn't even touch it, and on top of that, he was able to do it at an excellent price. He was also able to get it done in just a couple of days (>500 sq ft of Saltillo tile!). Because of his hard work, we were more than happy to pull him back in for smaller jobs around the house. So far, he has installed cable lighting in the living room and has replaced our leaking, old water valves that supply the laundry room. He is currently finishing up a project with flooring for the bedroom and office and just does great work, is cheerful, and always has great attention to detail! One thing that stuck in my head is his punctuality. He was on time for our first meeting and that was one of the biggest reasons why we hired him. He has never been late to a job before and communicates well, either in person or via text message. Can't wait to continue working with Jorge!
