We had such a great experience with Frontline Pest Experts and especially with Alex! From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with. He got us scheduled right away at a time that was convenient for our family, which we really appreciated.
Communication was excellent—Alex kept us updated on his arrival time and let us know when he was on his way. He showed up promptly and was very professional throughout the entire process.
He treated our home for carpet beetles, and as parents to a young daughter with another baby on the way, safety is a top priority for us. Alex took the time to clearly explain everything we needed to know and gave us thorough instructions to ensure our home remained safe after the treatment. That level of care and attention meant a lot to us.
The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service we received. While we sincerely hope we never have to deal with pests again, we wouldn’t hesitate to call Alex if we did. Highly recommend!
