We had such a great experience with Frontline Pest Experts and especially with Alex! From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with. He got us scheduled right away at a time that was convenient for our family, which we really appreciated. Communication was excellent—Alex kept us updated on his arrival time and let us know when he was on his way. He showed up promptly and was very professional throughout the entire process. He treated our home for carpet beetles, and as parents to a young daughter with another baby on the way, safety is a top priority for us. Alex took the time to clearly explain everything we needed to know and gave us thorough instructions to ensure our home remained safe after the treatment. That level of care and attention meant a lot to us. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service we received. While we sincerely hope we never have to deal with pests again, we wouldn’t hesitate to call Alex if we did. Highly recommend!

After I hired Frontline on thumtack they were at my house within 24 hours. They identified the issues and what was causing that. They set me up with ongoing monitoring for the pests. It was very easy. The communication was clear, and they were very professional. Highly recommended.

Alex is very nice and personable. He thoroughly explained the whole process and allowed me to ask plenty of questions. He was very patient with me as I asked many of the same questions over and over again. There was never any pressure as he laid out all my options. His work is very thorough and pricing was fair. After he completed all the work, I had a chance to inspect everything and it was exactly as he explained. I highly recommend him for rodent control needs.

I had Alex come out and inspect the house. He was very personable, very professional, and he did a great job explaining to me things that I didn’t quite understand initially. He was very patient with my questions and help me feel reassured that the job will be done well. I really appreciate Alex being so quick to respond, especially knowing that I have a toddler and an infant. I gave him my allotted times and told him when I needed to go, and he came promptly and made sure the job was done before I needed to go. I will definitely be calling him for any pester rodent problems in the future.
