I reached out today, Saturday, for help With rats in the crawl space. Alix came out within two hours and assessed the situation. He is very professional, personable and thorough. His quote was reasonable so I had him proceed with trap setting. It’s a 3 week process to get rid of the rats and then seal up the access points. Will follow up once the issue is resolved.

Alex was very responsive, flexible with scheduling and thorough in his work. He was willing to come the next day but when I needed to schedule out for the next week he had no problems and made the time that worked best for me a priority. He arrived on time and answered several of my questions, as I’m a new home-renter and haven’t used this type of service before.
