I had Alex come out and inspect the house. He was very personable, very professional, and he did a great job explaining to me things that I didn’t quite understand initially. He was very patient with my questions and help me feel reassured that the job will be done well. I really appreciate Alex being so quick to respond, especially knowing that I have a toddler and an infant. I gave him my allotted times and told him when I needed to go, and he came promptly and made sure the job was done before I needed to go. I will definitely be calling him for any pester rodent problems in the future.

Frontline Pest Experts were friendly, punctual, detailed, and honest. They did not identify a pest problem in the location I believed it to be, and therefore didn’t try to talk me into an unnecessary service. They identified multiple potential entry points for rodents that should be corrected, informed me of the great potential I have for rodents due to my landscaping, and told me about a monthly maintenance service they offer. All in all, it was a great experience and standup customer service.
