Souame did a great job and was easy to work with and professional. Good value for the quality of cleaning done!
Edit: Souame increased the prices without telling me then retroactively charged more than we agreed upon for a cleaning in the past. I will no longer work with this cleaner.

They did a pretty good job with the cleaning. I live downtown, so parking was an issue. They ended up starting about 35 mins after the scheduled time. So hopefully they can account for that in the future, especially for downtown.
The work was good. However, they charged much more than was estimated and didn’t explain that upfront. The $80 estimate was for the one bedroom and the one bathroom. Typically, that’s a question to determine how much cleaning needs to be done in addition to common areas. In this case, the common area was an additional charge they spoke of afterwards. They also charged for parking (which wasn’t mentioned prior) and rather than park where I initially suggested upon meeting them (would’ve been $4), they parked in another area farther away that ended up charging them $36, which they in turn charged me for.
Again, the work was pretty good overall (they missed the base of the toilet and wiping down the wall of the bathroom), but just in doing business, these additional charges should have been explained before I agreed to have them come.
