I’m a journeyman plumber looking to help people with plumbing needs. I’m not a licensed contractor, but I’m honest, hardworking, and leaving my customers satisfied is my #1 goal!! Some of my rates are: •Kitchen sink replacement- $600-$900. (LABOR ONLY!!!) ( ADD ON NEW DISPOSAL, VALVES AND DRAIN LINE FOR $375!!). •Bathroom drop in sink $300-$500 (LABOR ONLY!!!) •Sump pump repair or replacement (LABOR ONLY!!!) - ($225 tri valley- $300 outside of tri valley.) •Crawl space- $250hr. (2 HOUR MIN!!!!!) •Excavations- $250/hr. •New Water heater installation (40-50 gallons - $225 per hour plus part (2-4 hour job) (FLAT RATE $800 labor only) •water softener replacement ($500 labor only!) •water softener installation (NO LOOP) $900-$1300!!!! (DEPENDS ON LOCATION OF SOFTENER AND DRAIN LINE ROUTE!!!) Water softener installation (WITH LOOP) $600-$1500!!! (DEPENDS ON LOCATION OF SOFTENER AND DRAIN LINE ROUTE!!!) •Water heater replacement (40-50 gallon) - $250 per hour plus parts, 3-5 hours. (FLAT RATE $1100 labor only), includes off haul of old heater. Price Does not include code up updates. •Rough-ins - $150/hr, plus parts. (ABOVE FLOOR ONLY!!!) •Shower valve repair- $200 parts and labor. •New Faucet installations - $175 only labor •Faucet replacement- $225 only labor/off hauling of old materials. •New toilet installation-$250 labor only. •toilet replacement package - $900 (standard kholer toilet (round or elongated), wax seal, bolts, and off haul the old toilet) •Sewer main back up- $350 flat rate •Toilet backup- $175 for auger; $300 for cable machine. ($175 will be waived if auger doesn’t work first.) •Fixture back up (kitchen sink, bathroom sink, tub or shower/per fixture) - $225 flat rate. •Drywall repair - $175 per 2 sq/ft. $225 for 4x8 sheets of drywall….. (DOES NOT INCLUDE TILE, OR FLOORING PATCHWORK, OR RESTORATION!!!)
