- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing. We offer a 10% discount for seniors and military members, as well as an annual membership that includes special offers and additional discounts. We’re happy to provide full details and help you find the best option when you contact us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts by collecting some basic information from the customer about their needs and location. Once we have that, we schedule a technician to visit the site and perform a line-of-sight diagnostic to assess feasibility and any potential challenges. After the diagnostic is complete, we provide the customer with a clear, upfront estimate. No work is performed until the customer reviews and approves the estimate, so there are no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner is an instructor at PHCC, providing a strong educational foundation and industry knowledge for our company. We also invest in our technicians by sending them to PHCC for ongoing training and education. This ensures all work meets current California code requirements and is performed using best practices for quality, safety, and reliability.
