Working with Alex was a great experience! I submitted a request to have my dishwasher checked out, as it had stopped working and I suspected a blown motor. Alex arrived on time, introduced himself professionally, and even put on shoe covers before entering my home — a nice touch that showed respect for my space.
I guided him to the kitchen, and within about 20 minutes of inspecting the dishwasher, Alex discovered that the issue was debris caught in the motor. He cleared it out efficiently, and the motor immediately returned to its normal, quiet operation. He also ran a quick wash cycle to double-check that everything was working properly and that the dishwasher was cleaning effectively.

Alex was very punctual upon arrival at my home and was very respectful about asking if he needs to wear shoe coverings before entering. After he looked at my dryer he had to replace my heating element. The price he charged was fair and the work he did was exceptional. My dryer works like the day I first bought it. He wasn’t there for too long and left my place really clean.
