Before I began my weight loss journey, I was fat, lazy and had nearly no motivation to lose weight. Eventually, I was tired of the way I looked and was determined to get back in shape! Then I met Ben. Not only was he very approachable and friendly, he made me realize that I had some work I needed to get done; providing me with some realistic solutions to help me achieve my goals. So, after several months of butt-kicking sessions, I lost over 20lbs, and now I look and feel better than ever! Best of all, Ben made training fun and enjoyable and something that I would look forward to every week. He also educated me with ways on how to improve my eating habits; helping me figure out what diets and exercises would work for myself. He was so helpful, so kind, and all around SO awesome!I am so happy that I made the decision to have Ben as my personal trainer. I feel so much more confident in myself and healthier than ever!

I had 2 experiences working with Ben, one in person and one online. The one on one with Ben was fantastic. He really listens to your goals and isn't unrealistic about your progression. Ben also never made you feel guilty about what you ate (in small portions, obviously) or for missing a workout. As for the online training, it had it's drawbacks, most of all being the lack of one on one training. However, Ben was always available to answer questions. The online program really let you be accountable for your workouts and getting them done. All in all, working with Ben has really opened my eyes to eating better and just getting up and exercising as regularly as possible.

I could not have asked for a better trainer. Ben started slow and easy, listened carefully to my goals, and made a game plan that was fun and easy to follow even when I was working out on my own. I was never overwhelmed and I was always pushed to new heights I never knew I could reach! It was a HUGE confidence booster to succeed with his guidance and support! We got to know each other well and I'm happy to say that even after finishing training we've remained friends. 5 stars and HIGHLY reccomended. :)

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am currently in my last year of college majoring in Kinesiology, on top of that I am studying athletic performance as well during my off time.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    My advice is know what you want and hire someone that specializes in that. Also in our field make sure that they have a education. Anyone can be a trainer or advisor, make sure that person invested into becoming one!
