- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to new customers off of the total invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can send an estimate for our services for customers to approve before we arrive to do the work. We will confirm the estimate when we arrive and get the customer's approval before starting the work. When we are finished, we don't leave until the customer is 100% satisfied with the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Safety certifications in all areas we clean.
