This was not a straightforward unit—there were multiple flooring types involved, including carpet removal, unexpected tile discovered underneath, and varying subfloor conditions across the bedrooms, living room, and loft. Tim and his team handled everything seamlessly, including proper floor leveling and custom cuts to accommodate the quirks of an older building, ensuring a high-quality install. The craftsmanship is excellent. The seams are incredibly clean and tight, transitions between spaces are well thought out, and the finished floors look precise and intentional. They also removed and rehung doors as needed to trim them correctly after installation, which made a noticeable difference in the final result. The loft installation in particular was done beautifully. Beyond the quality of work, Tim was professional, organized, and left the space clean throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the quality, speed, and attention to detail, and would highly recommend them without hesitation. I added some before and after photos of the floor."See more
