FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing straight forward and honest. I charge a standard service fee for diagnostics, but I always explain what I find and what your options are before any work begins. For larger sewer or drain projects, I provide clear, written estimates so you know exactly what you’re paying for. No hidden fees, no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand the issue, then perform a thorough diagnostic to pinpoint the real cause—not just the symptoms. Once I know what’s going on, I walk you through the problem, show you photos or video if needed, and give you honest options that fit your budget. I only move forward when you’re comfortable with the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands‑on experience in sewer, drain, and plumbing work, learned through my family’s sewer and drain company. Over the years, I’ve trained extensively in diagnostics, spot repairs, cleanouts, full sewer line replacements, and pipe‑bursting systems. I stay up to date on modern equipment and best practices to ensure long‑lasting solutions.
