We caught a clog in our kitchen sink after Thanksgiving and needed an urgent fix. Rolo was super quick to respond: it only took 2 hours from putting my request on Thumbtack to having Rolo and Keith over at the house to take a look at the problem.
They worked efficiently and diligently, being careful to check all junctions of our pipe system. After trying everything they could, they figured out that our entire drain pipe from the kitchen was fully clogged because of the material and slope of the pipe and proposed getting it replaced. They showed up the next day and cut through the old pipe and revealed exactly what they had thought all along. They took out the old pipes and replaced it with a brand new ABS system.
Rolo and Keith were super professional and polite. They showed up on short notice and on time the next day, cleaned up after themselves, were extremely communicative, and stuck to their fair price. I wish all service pros were like this. I highly recommend working with them.

He replaced dry rot wood behind gutters and applied primer to the new wood. Rolando also cleaned and repaired gutters. Rolando was prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. We were very pleased with his work and will definetly use his service again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour on repair jobs and I have a 2 hour minimum . If it looks like a multi day event, I would opt for a fixed price. Sometimes it's more beneficial to the client to go this route.i
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to briefly get to know exactly what my customers/ clients are looking. It may be an emergency plumbing issue or a bathroom update, for the most part the initial dialogue is always the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had 5 years in handyman and residential construction. For that time I've been a full time handyman with no gaps. In the last 2 years I've begun doing things on my own and I have some great feedback from my clients.
