- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At BPG Construction, we believe a successful project starts with understanding our customer's vision. Since 2003, we've worked with Southern California homeowners to make the remodeling and construction process as clear, organized, and straightforward as possible. Our process begins with an initial consultation, where we discuss your project, goals, budget, timeline, and any ideas you may already have. Whether you're considering a home remodel, ADU, home addition, or larger renovation, we take the time to understand what you want to accomplish. From there, we evaluate the project, review the scope of work, and discuss design, materials, permitting, scheduling, and construction requirements. Once the scope is established, we provide a detailed proposal so you have a clear understanding of the work involved and what to expect. After approval, our team coordinates the project from pre-construction and permitting through construction and final completion. Throughout the process, we emphasize communication, quality control, jobsite organization, and responsible management of the schedule and budget. Our goal is simple: make the construction experience easier for our customers while delivering quality workmanship and a finished project they can enjoy for years to come.
