Eric came in and was very friendly and polite. He immediately got to work asking what problems we were having and then addressing them. He explained what was wrong and what he had to do. He did not use a lot of geek language but explained everything so that we could understand. He did everything very efficiently and did it right. He was also very patient with us without making us feel like dummies for not understanding all the complexities of computers. The computer he worked on works better than it ever has. we are very happy with his work.

I had an ongoing electrical issue which was unsuccessfully diagnosed by two prior electricians. Eric took a look and had it figured out in less than an hour, and at a much lower charge rate. Even though the actual problem was fairly obvious, Eric took some other steps to rule out some other potential problems and to settle my skepticism. He clearly had a good understanding of the electrical principles and was able to apply them to problem-solve my issue. Other people I hired for this same issue didn’t seem willing to apply the same critical thinking skills.
