- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my services based on everything requested to have completed and how much time I think it will take to complete. Durring COVID we have mastered the virtual walkthrough. We can have you send photos or video of you walking through your home or Commercial space and based off that I have been able to provide a personalized estimate. If you have any special requests jst let me so we may include that special item in the quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have completed the estimate I will then have the client pick a date and time for us to do the cleaning. Once the cleaning scheduled we will complete the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes and small businesses for nearly 30 years. I have learned that allowing my customers to specialize their cleanings by picking things they want cleaned and things they may not want cleaned makes very happy customers because the customer knows the quote they receive is specialized just for them and their needs.
