The tech was on time and communicated everything I needed to know about the job details. That was a five-star service visit. Two days later, the next, I noticed that all of the outlets to one of my walls were all out. So I contacted Osta for an appointment the next morning at 10-11:00. There was a lapse in communication and someone finally came out at 3:00. The fix was easy enough. And the tech explained how to check and rectify this problem myself in the future. He was very helpful and professional. And I truly did appreciate his walking me through the corrective steps. (Four stars is for the time delay that through my while schedule out of sorts). Love the professionalism of the techs though."See more
