After studying food science (along with food service management, dietetics, and nutritional science), I was fortunate enough to discover a tremendous passion for the art and science of mixology! I have been shaking, stirring, rolling and building custom craft cocktails since 2014, and I genuinely enjoy the art form. I have accumulated over 10 years of related experience, including catering, restaurant, bar, lounge, private event, as well as large-scale operation management positions. Amal served as a fantastic bartender for my daughters 21st birthday party where she made a wonderful mixes of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for our guests based on their personal preferences. She was very professional and created some unique and excellent drinks that very quickly became the beverages of choice for many of our guests. In spite of remaining professional throughout her time, she was able to maintain a personal level of service, being able to customize drinks to our guests’ individual preferences which made her a hit with all of our guests, from teens having mocktails to adults enjoying liquors of their choice, all of which were customized to their tastes. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service she provided and will undoubtedly hire her again in the future for any parties we plan to have.

I had the pleasure of having an incredible mixologist who really knows her stuff. Her drinks were amazing—each one a perfect blend of flavors that blew everyone away. She was very punctual, had a strong sense of professionalism, and she also had such an amazing presence. You could tell she was passionate about her craft, and it showed in every sip. If you want an unforgettable mixologist at your event, you need to hire her. She’s got the magic touch!
