Roshelle kicked my butt again today! I have never had such a great experience working out before. She is professional but totally fun and easy to be with. Holly thighburn! I had the pleasure of taking Roshelle's mommy and me class and I felt it for days afterward. It was a killer. I did a lot of exercises I've never done before. She was super helpful and informative and helped me to modify all the exercises so I could save my sore knees. She also helped my with my twins so I could get the most out of my workout. She definitely puts the client at the forefront of her training sessions. She made the class fun and helped break the ice so I could become acquainted with other moms. I have no doubt my postbaby body will be even better than my prebaby body if I keep showing up to these classes. Thanks Roshelle!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am always educating myself and continuing to learn about health and fitness. I feel that health is a science that is constantly evolving and the more we educate ourselves the stronger we are.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have been a stay at home mom for approximately five years to two little girls, I had to find something that would make me feel better and stronger at the end of the day. After months of soul searching and my love of health and fitness, I decided to educate myself and dive into many aspects of health and fitness. I wanted to have a career in doing something that would make my girls would look up to and be proud. Fitness is so important and I want to help as many people as I can and educate them as well.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I love to get to know my clients, and there for i get to see your strengths and where you feel most confident. I then like to push them out of their comfort zones so the know that they are getting stronger. I also always try to help with nutrition. Many people are unaware of how their eating may effect their health. Many people think that a diet is the answer when eating the right foods are what is best for you and your family. I help many of my clients with grocery shopping, explaining labels, recipes and how to cook with vegetables, fruits, grains, meat, chicken, fish, etc.
