FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always educating myself and continuing to learn about health and fitness. I feel that health is a science that is constantly evolving and the more we educate ourselves the stronger we are. Between nutrition and all the fitness classes that are being offered we can only move up from here. It is such an exciting time. "The more I learn, the more excited I get." -Johnny Cash
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a stay at home mom for approximately five years to two little girls, I had to find something that would make me feel better and stronger at the end of the day. After months of soul searching and my love of health and fitness, I decided to educate myself and dive into many aspects of health and fitness. I wanted to have a career in doing something that would make my girls would look up to and be proud. Fitness is so important and I want to help as many people as I can and educate them as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I love to get to know my clients, and there for i get to see your strengths and where you feel most confident. I then like to push them out of their comfort zones so the know that they are getting stronger. I also always try to help with nutrition. Many people are unaware of how their eating may effect their health. Many people think that a diet is the answer when eating the right foods are what is best for you and your family. I help many of my clients with grocery shopping, explaining labels, recipes and how to cook with vegetables, fruits, grains, meat, chicken, fish, etc.
