I asked for a early morning appointment and DK and his wife arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. He went right to work. His wife vacuumed while DK spot treated. They work in tandem, DK cleaning while his wife comes behind him and vacuums again, lifting dirt and helping to dry at the same time. They worked quickly and efficiently. I had two rooms done and they took a little over an hour. The results? My carpet looks incredible! A greatA few months ago I had Stanley Steamer clean them and DK did a better job! I would highly recommend DK to clean your carpet. Great service and a great price

The customer service aspect of this hire was fantastic. Unfortunately, it wasn't until he left that we noticed the stain we were worried about was still there. It wasn't visible while it was wet.
Derich was very friendly and respectful of our things. He even offered to come on a Sunday after church so we booked him.
The price was great. About half the price competitors quoted us. It was amazing to see the amount of dirt he was able to pick up. I'm going to ask him to come back to spot treat the stain and see if he'd be willing to do that.
We were happy to give him the business since he and his sons run the entire operation. Teaching his sons that hard work is admirable. It was a feel good hire. Know what I mean?

JFCC has great service, they showed up on time worked in a timely matter, really got up all the stains and order..didn't think he's machine was able to do what it did..I will be telling my family and friends about JFCC. again great job!!

One word Excellent! Dk very professional and on time. The time frame was just right and the areas dried very thoroughly and I will be referring his business to family and friends. Dk is the man for any tough job.

DK DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE OUTCOME. HE DID TAKE CARE OF THE TWO DIFFICULT SPOTS
