Pricing will depend on frequency of cleaning, size of facility, floor types, number of fixtures, glass cleaning and floor care services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling a meeting to view the facility and take measurements. After I know the frequency of service needed and the size of the facility, I can prepare an accurate quote. When a business chooses to move forward with OpenWorks, I schedule a meeting with our operations team to visit the facility so they have a clear understanding of the expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OpenWorks provides 4 weeks of training to our service providers to ensure consistency, reliability and safety. Operations managers will visit our customer monthly to ensure the service providers are providing the services promised.
